Vial contains 1ml of 5x Gyrase assay buffer: 175 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 120 mM KCl, 20 mM MgCl2, 5 mM ATP, 10 mM Dithiothreitol, 9 mM Spermidine, 32.5% glycerol, 500 ug/ml BSA.
The product is shipped at ambient temperature. Store at 4°C (short-term) or -20°C (long-term).
