Product Availability and Pricing
Products displayed on this Website are not always available for immediate shipping. While we make every effort to keep the Website current, available inventory is subject to change without prior notice. If you need a product shipped within forty-eight hours, we recommend that you contact the Website Customer Service Department at info@topogen.com which should be able to tell you whether or not the product can be shipped in that time frame, or that you provide us with a cell phone number or other information that allows us to quickly contact you in case the item is no longer in stock. If a product is listed as being out of stock and you call us, we can usually tell you the date that it is expected to be back in stock.

This Website prides itself at offering quality products and services at the most reasonable prices. Prices are subject to change without notice due raw material cost changes or scarcity, or due the general nature of the market. We do occasionally make errors in entering data on our Website. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they occur. When we notice an erroneous price prior to shipping a product, we will contact you and request your instructions as to whether you want the product at the correct price or wish to cancel the order. If the order has been shipped before we notice the erroneous price, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. If you elect to return the product unopened, we will pay for shipping the product back to us and we will fully refund what you paid, including any shipping costs. If we notice that we have overcharged you for a product as a result of a pricing error, we will credit you for the difference. All prices are in United States dollars and payment must be made in United States dollar. If you use a credit card, the conversion rate will be as set by bank that issues your credit card.

Order and Shipping Policies
TopoGEN routinely ships products to customers around the world. Shipping/handling charges that are provided along with order confirmation, or in the response to a request for shipping/handling charges, are estimated rates only and subject to change upon date of shipment. In the event that a freight service provider cannot ship the products your destination, or the agreed-upon freight service provider cannot provide adequate support, we will endeavour to look for alternatives such as other freight-forwarders or authorized distributors. Duties and taxes that result from import of Topogen products are the responsibility of the recipient. Neither TopoGEN nor any of our authorized distributors are responsible for product spoilage due the mishandling of products by import and customs authorities.

Product Application and Disclaimer
TopoGEN products are not licensed or approved for administration to humans or animals. They may be used with experimental animals only. The product is for in vitro research diagnostic studies only. The product in non-infectious and non-hazardous to human health. This information is based on present knowledge and does not constitute a guarantee for any specific product features and shall not establish a legally valid contractual relationship. Product Garuantee
TopoGEN garuantees the products to perform as advertised for 6 months from date of reciept, presuming all proper and necessary storage guidelines are correctly in place. If a product was ordered in error, and the end-user genuinely has no use for it, contact info@topogen.com. Product return will be subject to restocking fee.
